Very Great service Juan and Alvaro really took care of my windows problem that nobody could no one get to because of the awkward angle they were ever to come in and get to it, and finally put my curtain up. I am so happy and not only that they cleaned up behind them selves that type of quality of service you just don’t get nowadays. I am so happy with everything that they done. It was so amazing they was very nice kind patient and showed a lot of love and care not only for me for my house as well and I can truly appreciate that. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a management company give it the landlord has neglected various issues and management had no real way of addressing issues. Carolina had been the worst out of the company with the way she handles any situation address to her. The Gm has only called me back once but it doesn’t matter how many times I’ve tried to contact her she never replies to my messages or emails. Will be reporting this to the better business bureau it’s been months dealing with them the venders that they have sent have all spoke badly about this company. We had a locksmith company come out appointment made under my name they said they would if never came out if they’d know it was for landmark. They tried to charge me $175 for the visit that was not paid prior to the visit. It was a whole month after already waiting since the beginning of the spring to have working locks. Everything they’ve done has been a complete downgrade. Companies like this have no business in Pilsen. They have came into my home illegally said we owed them $13,000 when the landlord cashed In-N-Out checks for rent we where holding because we have bullet wholes on our windows locks where broken and the ones they replaced fell off the door. I’m a server and receive cash tips they’ve stole $2900 from my drawer. Jill called animal control while I was at work and asked them to take my pets luckily my neighbor was home and took my cat out of the apartment before they did. They also had my door open knowing I had kittens. They broke a lot of our things and even poured bottles of sauce and opened jars of honey to damage out things. Jill got out of pocket and called the cops and told them we used forced to get inside our own apartment when we where really trying to get our kittens.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jill from Landmark Property Management for nearly three years as they have handled the leasing of rehabbed properties that my company has completed in Chicago. Jill and Landmark always are very responsive to the variety of issues that come from leasing properties.
